A few useful answers.
One task, up to one hour including setup and testing, once per new business. We agree the scope first; larger tasks get a smaller scope or paid estimate. Follow and approve the work in your workspace. No payment or obligation to buy.
USD 200 buys four hours for agreed fixes and improvements, with workspace access and no renewal. Task count depends on scope; we confirm the usage window before purchase. The trial is optional — you can choose monthly support directly.
Updates, fixes, design, content and campaign support. Page and feature additions start at 15 hours; plugin development starts at 20 hours. Larger projects are scoped separately.
We confirm scope, estimated hours and timing before starting, based on our queue. Extra time needs your approval. Investigation, calls, checks, implementation, revisions and testing use your hours. Track time and progress in your dashboard.
Plans are billed monthly, with the regular cycle starting on the 1st. For midmonth starts, we confirm your first invoice, hours and next billing date before work begins.
Message us in your workspace or at hello@akashpixel.com before your next billing cycle. We confirm the effective date and remaining hours. Free tasks and trials never renew automatically.
Unused monthly hours roll over for one extra month, then expire. We agree any extra cost upfront. Your free task does not use paid plan or trial hours.
